Terms and Conditions of Mandarin Recitation Competition (International group)

  1. The personal information provided on the Application Form and used by GAPSK & YLPSK is only for the events of GAPSK & YLPSK.
  2. Under the provision of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have the right to request to access and amend their personal data. Applicants wishing to change their personal information should submit a written request to GAPSK & YLPSK by email (info@gapsk.org).
  3. Participants need to certify that the information on this application form is complete, true and accurate. GAPSK & YLPSK reserves the rights to reject any application with uncompleted or incorrect personal information.
  4. The Application fee is only refundable if the competition is full or cancelled.
  5. GAPSK & YLPSK reserves the right to reject any application and also make any alternation regarding the date, time or venue of the competition. Participants are not eligible for a refund or transfer subject to the changes.
  6. If the participant fails to submit the application form and relevant documents (such as identification documents) before the deadline date, GAPSK & YLPSK reserves the right to accept the application. If participants return the relevant documents after the deadline date, there will be an additional administrative fee of HK$200 and GAPSK & YLPSK reserves the right to accept the application.
  7. Once the registration procedure is completed and a participant wishes to apply for an extension, an administrative fee of HK$200 will be charged.
  8. GAPSK & YLPSK trusts and respects the final judgments based on the Judge’s professionalism and experience. The Judge will reserve the final decision of the competition. The contestant shall not object to the final decision.
  9. All photos and videos of GAPSK & YLPSK are the copyright of GAPSK & YLPSK. All rights are reserved.
  10. GAPSK & YLPSK reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice.

比赛条款

  1. 本报名表格内有关的个人资料，仅供GAPSK及YLPSK（下称本会）有关职员作处理申请事宜之用。
  2. 根据个人资料（私隐）条例，参赛者有权查阅及更改其个人资料。参赛者如须查阅或更改其个人资料，请登入个人页面进行更改或来函本会。
  3. 参赛者所填报之数据必须属完整、属实，违规者均可能被取消资格。
  4. 除参赛名额已满或比赛被取消外，一切已缴交的比赛费用，概不获退还。
  5. 本会将根据实际报名情况，安排当天的比赛场次，参赛者不得更改比赛日期及时间、转让他人或退款。
  6. 如参赛者未能于截止日期前网上报名递交相关文件（如身份证明文件、诵材等），本会保留是否接纳报名之权利。参赛者于截止日期后报名及补回相关文件，本会将另行收取行政费港币$200元，且本会保留是否接纳之权利。
  7. 报名手续一经办理，如需更改(包括申请延期比赛、调动比赛时间等)，更改若被接纳，每项须缴付行政费港币$200元。
  8. 本会信任并尊重评判根据其专业及经验而作出的最后判断，但评判会就朗诵比赛事宜保留最终决定权，参赛者不得异议。
  9. 本会辖下所有活动一切纪录、相片、录像、形式之版权及使用权均属 GAPSK及YLPSK所有，本会有权作内部、对外活动及推广之用途而不另行通知。
  10. 本会保留更改以上所有条款之内容及诠释比赛规则之权利而无须另行通知。
